I think with a colonic irrigation - Has anyone had one and if so, it is inconvenient and how you go from here? Is it worth it?

Colonic irrigation has never been so convenient for me. Make sure the therapist gives you time to relax, lots of lube and take your time when you jet off. Then I always feel more energetic and mentally more relaxed. I recommend this procedure to better health and wellbeing.
